Contact us at South Rings Energy Ltd today and one of our friendly team members will guide you through the process. We may ask you some simple questions about the heating and insulation in your home. Based on your suitability, we will then arrange to visit your home to assess what energy efficiency measures would be best for you.

What we will ask you
The first conversation is short and there is nothing to prepare. To check whether you qualify we normally need:
- Your postcode and the type of property you live in
- Whether you own the home, rent it, or are a landlord
- What heating you have at the moment, and roughly how old it is
- Whether anyone in the household receives a qualifying benefit
If you are not sure about any of it, say so. Our team deal with this every day and will work it out with you over the phone.
What happens at the survey
If it looks like you qualify, we arrange a free survey at a time that suits you. There is no cost and no obligation, and you are under no pressure to go ahead afterwards.
The surveyor will look at your existing heating, your insulation and the general condition of the property, and take a few measurements. It usually takes under an hour. They will explain which measures your home is eligible for and answer any questions there and then.
After the survey
Once the survey is complete we handle the funding paperwork on your behalf and confirm what has been approved. You do not need to deal with the energy supplier or the scheme administrator yourself.
We then agree an installation date with you. The work is carried out by our own accredited engineers, who will protect your home while they work, tidy up afterwards and show you how to use anything new before they leave.
